At Paw Buddy, we strive to provide the best services and products for your pets. However, if you are not satisfied, here’s how refunds and cancellations work:
Services Booking / Subscriptions
- You can cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- No refunds will be given for missed appointments or late cancellations.
Products / Pet Essentials
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours.
- We will either replace the product or issue a full refund after verification.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Adoption / Pets Services
- Once the adoption process is completed, refunds are not available.
- We encourage discussing any concerns before completing adoption.
